Inclusion
- All clients are provided with accidental insurance up to NPR 500,000 is also included in both the activities ( Zip flyer and Bungee ). Accidental insurance for other activities are provided by the respective activity providers.
- Pick-up and Drop-off to from HGA office at Lakeside, Pokhara or hotel ( Depending upon the activity)
- Pictures, videos and merchandise will be available to purchase at the souvenir shop and are not included in the above.
- The price is inclusive of all taxes.

A. Zip Flyer or bungee or Tandem – Nrs.1,000
B. Super Saver Combo- Nrs. 1,500
- Age Range : Adults and children aged 13 and older only. Children below 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
- Weight : All riders must weigh between 35kgs and 125kgs.
- Foot wear: Secure closed toed shoes are a must.
- Client will not be allowed to use the service in the following cases :
- Pregnant, high/low blood pressure, asthma or any other respiratory diseases
- recently had any bone fractures or any other medical surgeries,
1. Selling Price : High Ground maintains a strict policy regarding the selling price of its products. Under no circumstances can be the agency margin be passed on to the customer as a discount. Non- adherence of this policy would lead to immediate termination of the contract.
2. Payment Terms : For confirmed queries & slot booking, agencies may pay a day prior of the customer going on the ride via account payee Cheque in favor of ” HIGHGROUND ADVENTURES Pvt Ltd. “
3. Cancellations & Changes Policy : Reservations may be changed up to 24 hours before the ride without any additional charges but subject to availability. Cancellations just before the scheduled ride are non- refundable. Cancellations due to weather or any technical reasons of the company shall be 100% refundable.
4. Inclement weather or Safety concerns : Zip- flyer Nepal/ Bungee is all weather events. However, during periods of inclement weather ( thunderstorms, high speed winds, rain etc. ) agents / customers must call to check the status of a later time slot/ date as per convenience of the customer of the customer & ride/ jump availability.
5. High Ground Adventures Nepal Pvt Ltd. reserves to right to cancel or modify the prices or its activities at any time.
